Welcome to Healing Spirit Soaks Spa! We are committed to providing a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. To ensure all guests have a positive visit, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our policies:

• Advance Booking: We recommend booking your appointments in advance to guarantee availability.
• Deposit: A deposit may be required for certain treatments or packages, especially for extended services.
• Changes & Cancellations: We understand that life can be unpredictable. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service price. No-shows will be charged in full.

• Arriving on Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, as we respect the next guest’s appointment.
• Health Concerns: For your safety, please inform us of any allergies, injuries, medical conditions, or special considerations when booking your appointment.
• Age Restrictions: Guests must be 18 years or older to book certain treatments, including spa soaks. Children under 18 may use the spa with a guardian, depending on the service.

• Treatment Etiquette: Our professionals are trained to provide you with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Please avoid excessive talking during treatments to help maintain a calm environment while another treatment is going on most services are fully private
• Spa Attire: We provide robes, towels, and slippers for your comfort. 
• Personal Belongings: Please leave valuables at home, as Healing Spirit Soaks Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and gift certificates.
• Gratuity: Gratuity is greatly appreciated but not mandatory. A standard tip of 15-20% of the service price is customary.

• Quiet Zone: To enhance relaxation for all our guests, we ask that you respect a quiet and serene environment during your visit.
• Cell Phones: Please keep your mobile devices on silent mode or off during your visit to avoid disturbing others.

• Purchase & Use: Gift certificates are available for purchase in-store by appointment or online and may be used towards any service or package. They are non-refundable but transferable.

• Respectful Behavior: Healing Spirit Soaks Spa maintains a welcoming and respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
